General Information of Miss International Queen™ 2025:

Objectives:

Miss International Queen™, the most internationally recognized prestigious Beauty Pageant for transgender contestants from the 4 corners of the world. Held annually in Pattaya Thailand, Miss International Queen™ was established in 2004 by the internationally famous Tiffany's Show Pattaya Co., Ltd. founded in 1974. Miss International Queen™ is recognized as the first and foremost annual Transgender Beauty Pageant attracting the most beautiful transgender ambassadors from the world wide transgender community. The objectives of Miss International Queen™ are to create a positive image of LGBTQ and to promote human rights equality, acceptance, and awareness globally for World Equality.

Method of entry: Entrant agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

To be eligible to enter, the entrant must complete Miss International Queen™ 2025 Application Form and send the following documents to Miss International Queen™ Organisation for pre-screening:

·       One head-shot photo & one full-body photo in a white background with clear light

·       Certified copy of valid passport stating nationality, citizenship, and gender

·       A 3-minute Introductory Clip (BOTH with and without the Subtitle in English)

To apply, please pay the application fee*,** at THB 35,000 (Thirty Thousand Thai Baht) to Miss International Queen™ Organisation by 12.00 hrs. on 31st December 2024 (Thailand Time: UTC+7) online at www.MissInternationalQueen.com.

Please send the pay-slip by email to [email protected]. Any domestic & international fees generated from a wire-transfer are to be solely covered by the contestants. Any difference from deduction generated from the wire-transfer may be settled in cash in Thai Baht (approximate exchange rate is USD 1 = THB 33) at Miss International Queen™ Organisation.

Remark: *Application fee will not be refunded to applicants, who have passed the pre-screening selection, under any circumstance. **Application fee will only be refunded to applicants who have not passed the pre-screening selection. However the refund of application fee is subject to a 10% administrative fee deduction. Miss International Queen™ Organisation will inform each applicant in writing regarding the result.

Rules of Eligibility: Qualifications for eligibility are that each contestant:

a)      Was naturally born genetic male

b)     Must be 18 – 36 years of age as of 31^st December of the year of the contest. Contestants may be 17 years of age provided that they reach their 18th birthday by 31^st December of the competition year. Contestants under the age of 18 require parent/guardian permission to enter.

c)      Must be a pre- or post-operation transvestite or transvestite. A proof of natural genetic gender may be required in a form of Birth Certificate or Medical Genetic Verification.

d)     Must be a citizen, national or passport holder of a nation to be represented only. A copy of passport and/or birth certificate may be used for verification. Legal documents such as a working permit and permanent resident visa are not sufficient to be used to represent a country. All documents must be officially translated into English and certified by the authorities with official stamps and signatures.

e)      Shall be of good character and possessed of charm poise personality and have beauty of face and figure

f)       Shall be a person who has never previously won the Miss International Queen™ Contest as a winner or runner-up

g)      Shall be a person whose background is not likely to bring in to disrepute Miss International Queen™ Contest or Title or the Licensee or the Promoter or any person associated with them. In case the Promoter has appeared to award the prize to an ineligible person, it may require the return of the prize or payment of its value to the Promoter to be dealt with as an unclaimed prize.

Eligibility limitations:

All issues as to eligibility shall be determined solely and exclusively by Miss International Queen™. Contestant agrees to produce an original copy of a birth certificate and passport to verify age, gender, nationality, and citizenship upon request.            

Miss International Queen™ Organisation reserves the right to refuse entry into the Miss International Queen™ to anyone for any reason. Miss International Queen™ Organisation reserves the right not to disclose any reason for its decision. All decisions are final.

Conditions for entry:

1.      Contestant agrees to be quarantined in Thailand’s Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ) hotel in duration according to the Thai government’s regulations. All costs from the quarantine are to be borne by the contestant. 2.      Contestant agrees to participate in all Miss International Queen™ Activities required by Miss International Queen™ Contest and the Promoter. Failing to participate in any of the required activities will automatically result in the entrant being disqualified from the contest. The Promoter has a full right to require the return of a prize or payment of any award the contestant has received to the Promoter to be dealt with as an unclaimed prize.

3.      Contestant agrees that they are required to participate in Miss International Queen™’s Talent Quest in 2025. Each contestant is required to perform on stage. The pre-screening is limited to 2 minutes and 30 seconds for each performance. Costumes and equipment used for the performance are to be solely arranged by the contestant. The Talent Quest prohibits any display of nudity, foul language, innuendo, political, and transgendered & gay statements. Contestants are solely responsible to prepare their own costume, make-up, props, dancers, assistants and any item required for their performance.

4.      Contestant agrees that they are solely responsible for their own COVID-19 quarantining in Thailand; and that medical and accident insurance to be valid throughout their stay in Thailand both before and during the Miss International Queen™ 2025 contest. Medical and accident insurance certificates including COVID-19 Certificate of Vaccination are to be provided to Miss International Queen™ 2025 Organisation on arrival to the camp.

5.      Contestant agrees that their followers such as dancers and assistants are to be solely responsible for arranging their own accommodation, transportation, and meals during the contest period. The Promoter does not provide any accommodation, transportation, and meals to the followers.

6.      Contestant agrees that international round-trip tickets to Bangkok, Thailand must be flexible for the contestant to change the departure date from Bangkok, Thailand without fees. Should the contestant wins the contest, the contestant is fully responsible to pay for any fees generated from changing the departure date from Bangkok, Thailand. Winner of Miss International Queen™ is required to stay in Thailand for at least 15 days after the date of the Final Round.

7.      Contestant agrees to prepare the following outfits for the contest:

a.      Extravagant national costume (any colour)

b.      Beautiful swimming suit (colour to be confirmed)

c.       Classy evening gown (any colour)

d.      Glamorous short cocktail dresses (7-10 pieces in any colour)

e.      Creative talent-quest costume (any colour)

f.        Casual white pants or white jeans (3-5 pieces)

g.      Casual dark-blue jeans (3-5 pieces)

8.      Contestant agrees that the winner of Miss International Queen™ 2025 will perform the winner’s duties as required by the Promoter and to abide by all the required services, rules and regulations governing this contest if selected as the winner in the pageant and further. Some requirements for the winner are as followed:

a.      to stay in Thailand for at least 15 days after the contest,

b.      to return to Thailand 20 days before the end of the reign to perform her duties and present the crown to the next Miss International Queen™ in order to receive the remaining prizes,

c.       to return to Thailand for the day of Miss Tiffany’s Universe™ onstage contest, and

d.      to return to Thailand, upon request, for Miss International Queen™ Press Conference of the following year.

e.      to attend the Miss International Queen™ events in any country as assigned by the Miss International Queen™ organization.

Please note: Complimentary domestic transportation, visa, accommodation, and meals will be provided to the winner by the Promoter during these periods. The winner must bring appropriate short and long dresses to the events.

9. Contestant agrees that the winner and runners-up of Miss International Queen™ 2025 will be solely responsible for any fee generated from changing/amending any air ticket in order to perform the duties for at least 15 days after the contest. Contestant is advised to book for a flexible ticket to allow a convenient change of flight should the contestant becomes the winner or runners up of Miss International Queen™ 2023.

10. Contestant agrees that the winner of Miss International Queen™ 2025 will be awarded the first forty percent (40%) of the Winning Cash Prize on the Final Night, the second twenty percent (20%) on the night of Miss Tiffany’s Universe™ 2025 contest, and the final forty percent (40%) at the end of the Miss International Queen™ 2025 reign.

11. Contestant agrees that the Miss International Queen™ crown remains with the Miss International Queen™ Office and will be used for an annual crowning of the next Miss International Queen™ winner. A rhinestone crown will be awarded to the winner of Miss International Queen™ at the end of the reign.

12. Contestant agrees that, if for any reason, the winner of Miss International Queen™ 2025 cannot fulfill the obligations; the first runner-up will become Miss International Queen™ 2025, and be awarded the remaining prizes.

13. Contestant agrees that the judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners’ name & any photos taken during the Miss International Queen™ 2025 contest and any event associated to the contest will be used in promotional material by the promoter, without compensation to the contestant. All contestants acknowledged that the Promoter has the right to publicise and publish their names, characters and likeness.

14. Contestant agrees that by entering Miss International Queen™ 2025 Contest, contestants’ information and any photos taken can be used by the Promoter for Promotional purposes. All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter and will be used only for the purposes of conducting and promoting the Contest (including but not limited to determining and notifying the winner). The names and addresses of all contestants will not be shared or distributed to other parties unless notified and agreed.

I have read, understood and agreed to the rules and conditions of the Miss International Queen™ contest. I understand that if I accept the rules I must agree to all the rules and conditions applicable. I agree that I will not commence or participate in any type of claim or lawsuit against the Miss International Queen™ Organisation and Tiffany’s Show Pattaya Co., Ltd. as well as its sponsors, associated members and institutions. If I am under 18 years of age, I will fill out a written entry form and have it signed by a parent or guardian.

I am taking part in the Miss International Queen 2025 being held in Pattaya, Thailand Date to Be Confirmed whereby declare that I have in no circumstances been involved in the following acts whatsoever:

1. 1. I have not been associated with the pornography industry.
2. 2. I have had no involvement in drugs, may it be taking drugs or selling drugs.
3. 3. I have never been involved in the prostitution business. 

I hereby declare that the above statements and all prior information submitted for the Miss International Queen 2025 pageant are true and accurate. I understand that the falsification of information would not only result in disqualification/suspension as a contestant but the pageant organizer will take strict and ultimate actions by law and I will solely be responsible for all the expenses involved in my participation and any other additional costs incurred by the organizer. The organizer holds an ultimate right to require the return of a prize or payment of any award I may have received during the entire period of the contest. Should this unfortunate event occurs, I assure that I will not post any negative comment/remark related to Miss International Queen or its affiliates otherwise the organizer holds the rights to file a lawful case against my conduct. 

I fully accept the above statement and hereunder put my signature willingly in presence of a witness.
